Firm-level new job posting data for 2025 are used to identify positions requiring AI-related skills and to calculate salary premiums for these positions. Employee LinkedIn profiles are used to measure the proportion of AI talent relative to total employees, the new hire rate scaled by total employees, and the employee retention rate (defined as employees who remain with the firm relative to total employees). Employee sentiment toward AI is measured based on AI-related comments from Glassdoor, and executive AI sentiment is derived from conference call disclosures.

For each of these six dimensions, firms are ranked into 5 levels from low to high, where 1 indicates the lowest level and 5 indicates the highest level.
